01 How is per-employee pricing calculated?
You're billed for active employees on the day your monthly cycle closes. Disabled / archived employees do not count. Add or remove people at any time.
02 Can I switch plans later?
Yes - downgrade to Starter at any time from your workspace Billing page. Pro upgrades go through Razorpay and take effect immediately.
03 Is GST included?
GST is added on top of the listed prices in your invoice. The price you see is the base price.
04 What payment methods do you support?
UPI, net banking, credit / debit cards, and wallets via Razorpay. Bank transfer is available for annual prepayment on the Scale plan.
05 Do you offer annual prepayment discounts?
Not yet on Starter or Pro. Annual contracts with discounts are available on the Scale plan.
